Point your Zendesk webhook to this URL. Zendesk will POST ticket events here and we will verify the request using the signing secret below.

API Key
Set this as the
x-api-key
header in your Zendesk webhook configuration. This key identifies your product.
An API key will be generated automatically when you save your signing secret below.
Signing Secret
Enter the signing secret from your Zendesk webhook configuration. This is used to verify that incoming requests are genuinely from Zendesk.
